Put some spices on it and bake.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 chicken thighs, separated<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice Powder<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp light soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Let&#8217;s do it!<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Put everything into a big bowl and coat the chicken well. Let marinate for as long as you can. Me, I marinated for about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Set the toaster oven for 350\u00baF. Put the chicken in a toaster oven-safe container (careful, some things are only good for the oven, but not the toaster oven) and put in the oven.<\/li>\n<li>Set for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>After 20 minutes, turn it over, check to see if it&#8217;s done (probably not). Ovens vary. Maybe cook it for another 10, or another 20 minutes. Pierce it with a knife and if the juices run clear, it&#8217;s ready.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Lunch it up!<\/h3>\n<p>This is great with any starch and loads of veggies, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elainekwok.com\/lunchlainey\/2013\/03\/30\/brussel-sprouts-with-bacon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brussels sprouts cooked with bacon<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chicken is probably the easiest meat in the world to make.
