It consists of chicken cooked in a pip\u00e9rade.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2 strips of bacon, chopped<br \/>\n1 onion, peeled and sliced into thin strips<br \/>\n2 red peppers sliced into thin strips<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic roughly chopped<br \/>\n3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped<br \/>\n1 bay leaf<br \/>\n1 tsp thymee<br \/>\n2 tsp paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 chicken leg, deboned, bone reserved<\/p>\n<p>Cooked rice<\/p>\n<p><b>Let&#8217;s do it!<\/b><br \/>\nHeat the bacon in the pan to extract the oil.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the onion in the oil for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add peppers, herbs, and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
