RiteRate is a natural gas retailer that operates differently than most. Rather than sending representatives that knock on doors, they rely on print and radio advertisements and word of mouth from their very loyal customers. I work on their renewal campaigns by collaborating on the campaign’s theme and copy as well as laying out both print and email letters. I also do a bit of illustration, as seen in the graphic “How Do Gas Rates Work?”. The redesigned renewal letters brought a 20% increase in contract renewals.
